Each fragrance is crafted individually using our proprietary, highly specialized personalization process. Because every formula is created through a sophisticated system unique to our technology, production involves multiple precision steps rather than mass manufacturing.

Depending on order volume, preparation time can range from 1 day up to 2 weeks before shipping. 

As soon as your custom fragrance is completed and on its way to you, we will personally send you a confirmation. From that moment, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. 

If you notice an error in your submitted information, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If your order has not yet entered production, we can update your details and proceed with the corrected information.
• If production has already been completed or the order has shipped, a new order will be required with the correct information, as each formula is created individually and cannot be modified once produced.

Yes. You can reorder at any time.

As long as you enter the same date of birth, choose the same intended wearer (For Her, For Him, or Unisex), and select the same wear time / concentration (Daytime / Versatile / Evening), your fragrance profile will be generated the same way and your perfume will be recreated accordingly.

If you want a different version of your scent, you can reorder with a different intended wearer option or a different wear time to receive a different composition style based on the same date of birth.

Yes. A custom fragrance is a unique and deeply personal gift, especially for special occasions. As long as you know the recipient’s date of birth, we can create their personalized perfume. 

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy, if you are not satisfied with your numerology-based custom perfume. Simply return the product within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After ordering your personal signature perfume, you may contact us for guidance on requesting a specialized fragrance profile aligned with your chosen focus, or simply follow the instructions below. 

Yes. These fragrances are created using additional numerological codes derived from a person's date of birth that are traditionally associated with financial flow, abundance, and prosperity. Using our proprietary numerology-based system, these codes are translated into a precise fragrance composition reflecting that person’s unique profile and abundance frequencies.

To request an Abundance Frequency perfume, simply write “ABUNDANCE” in the Notes / Requests field during checkout and we will create your fragrance using the corresponding numerology-based frequency profile.

To request an Attraction Frequency perfume, enter your intended partner’s date of birth instead of your own and write “ATTRACTION” in the Notes / Requests field during checkout. The fragrance will then be created based on that profile.
